So Ryan was watching Game 3 of the NLCS last night. Kara wandered by and asked for which team he was rooting. Dodgers, of course. (Even though we live far away, the boy knows who to root for.) Kara then asked, “Are the Padres still in it?”
The Padres? I think they were mathematically eliminated in June. And by the way, Tim Flannery and Alan Wiggins have retired.
