ISS

So the other day I got a call from an assistant principal at the high school. I learned that Ryan had received a detention, but had not served it, twice. I said, “OK” but I was thinking, “Welcome to my world.” He told me that due to this, Ryan would need to have a one-day “in-school” suspension, or ISS Wednesday.

Last night I asked Ryan how it went. He said, “Fine. You just sit there all day. They go to your classes and bring you your assignments. You’re so bored you’re glad for the work and you just do it so all my homework is done.”

I kinda hope he gets ISS again.

I don't get it. What is the incentive to stay out of ISS?

They don't let you use your phone.
