DefCon 5

The kids didn't have school today, so it was a pretty lazy morning. That is, until 10:30 a.m. when we got the "showing" call. 11-12:30. For 30 harried minutes we made our house "perfecter." At 11 the showing service called saying the agent was running behind and wanted to move the showing window back to 12-1:30. OK, but this would mean I would ave to reschedule a call and we'd have to spend another hour on the home. They're killing me. It is now 3:00 p.m. and still no showing and no phone call. It isn't fair that they can just wreck our day like that. Last month this same agent showed up 40 minutes past the showing window, so we don't know what to expect. We've been on DefCon 5 for nearly five hours and nothing. Kara won't even inhale deeply until 9PM.
