Original?

Today I was trying to help my brother Jeff with an Excel spreadsheet. It was getting kind of complex, and I realized that a somewhat novice computer program could easily meet the need, but I remarked, “What’s the fun in that? It would be like hunting in the zoo.” I was pretty proud of my original little simile until he pointed out the similarities between my saying and ”shooting fish in a barrel.” Good point. It is hard to come up with new clichés.
