I love Big Macs. I don’t eat them very often, but when I do, I appreciate how they are exactly the same is they were in 1974. I can almost feel my shin guards and a big number on my back. Hats off to the McDonald’s marketing folk that resisted the temptation to monkey with it. You know they thought about it, Big Mac Lite or Big Mac Hearty Herb or Big Mac with Ridges. They have introduced other things, like the Big 'n Tasty but they have not messed with the original. And who thought of that jingle, “Two all-beef patties…” It hasn’t been aired for 30 years but everyone over the age of, say 32, knows it verbatim. That was some fine advertising.
I had a Big Mac last week that, I think, was prepared by someone under 30 because there was just a regular bun. No sesame seeds. I didn't mind the missing sesame seeds except in my mind it messed up jingle. It just cannot work without those missing four syllables. Try it.

the filler is "a plain old lame bun".
