Mind Travel

Today I ate lunch at Panda Express. I know it isn’t “authentic” Chinese food but I don’t care, I like it anyway. Whenever I eat Chinese food, I like sitting by the window and imagining I am in Shanghai or Beijing. It is kind of hard to do this on the prairie of north east Texas, facing a Lowe’s, but I try. Man, I would love to see Beijing. I can’t help but wonder if there is some Chinese dude in the outskirts of Hong Kong eating a burger at “Grizzly Express” imagining he is in Dallas.

Funny - I do the same thing.

I sit in McDonalds and imagine I'm skinny.
