Reveille

This morning Amanda and Erika had a service project at 10:30 a.m. with the Young Women. At 10:05 all was still silent upstairs so I thought I’d better wake them. To a dozing Amanda I said, It is five after ten.” She bolted up and exclaimed, “What?! I had to go to a service project this morning!” I assured her that she still had about twenty minutes. She said, “Oh. 10:05. When you said “five after ten” I thought you meant it was five hours after ten.”
