Cheesy Chili Crunch

Yeah, I don’t often post recipes, and this really isn’t one, but it is something I enjoyed tonight and it is providing me with an opportunity to abuse alliteration!  Satisfying in more ways than one!

Directions:

  • Heat one can of chili (no beans)
  • Once in your bowl, cover liberally with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cover cheese with 3 or 4 packets of Taco Bell hot sauce
  • Crumble a large handful of tortilla chips onto concoction
  • When spouse is not looking, brush away tortilla chip crumbles that missed the bowl.

That’s it, five simple steps to a Tex Mex delight!

This is hilarious! I think Ryan's quesadilla recipe is almost the same ingredients, minus the chili.

If you do fend for each other, will anyone be able to make this for you?

Good point. But I use tortilla chips, not just plain old tortillas. Bam!

Kara could make it for me, and she'd even have an easier time with step 5 than I do!
