This is not news: Natalie sings. I have referred to her before as my little robin. She sings all day long. Yesterday I heard her singing in her bedroom. But since the door was closed, and because our house is too big, I could barely hear her. I made my way to the top of the stairs so I could hear her better. She is awesome. 
One thing she does really well is impressions. She does a killer Megan (from American Idol.) Last night I told her that the judges are going to say, “Natalie Joy, you sound like Megan Joy from Season 8.” She responded by telling me she won’t do the impersonation on the show. Also she said that Megan was voted out 9th; Natalie Joy is going to win. OK, she may not be “your next American Idol” but if self-confidence plays a part, she may do well in Season 21.

megan joy was one of my favorites...she just couldn't get the right song for her voice...and she couldn't dance her way out of a paper bag...and i think as it went on week after week she knew she couldn't win and started missing her kid and just blew the whole thing off...good luck to natalie...tell her to make me a cd cause i love megan joy music...
Cindy - I saw Megan at TJ MAX about 2 weeks ago. She lives in Sandy at the mouth of Big Cottonwood canyon. I worked with her aunt (well kind of, megan's step-dad is my co-worker's husband's brother -- got that??) Anyway, I wouldn't have noticed her but for her loud and obnoxious voice and weird comments as she spoke to her mother apparently trying to draw attention to herself (her mom was half way across the store and she was ignoring her toddler as he wandered around.) I'm sorry to disagree, but she was not my favorite in any way shape or form. After seeing her interesting public display, I like her even less.
Natalie will definitely have a better chance at winning AI! Keep up the singing Natalie. Cute picture and sunglasses.
