Last Thursday the listing agreement on our home expired and we decided to take the home off the market. We have decided to stay put for a while. What we did not realize is that the advent of the listing expiration was an invitation for every real estate agent south of the Red River to contact us, thinking maybe we would re-list with them.
Within 48 hours we had seven phone calls, five letters and a dude knocked on our door. It was almost comical. What is next? Carrier pigeons and smoke signals? I guess business is pretty bad if they have nothing better to do than troll the recently delisted pond.
